Cancellation Policy
At Sonorous 5D, we understand that life happens. As we are a boutique studio and have limited space to ensure a smooth experience for all our students, we have established the following cancellation policy: Class Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made at least 1 HOURS before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or a credit for a future session. - Late cancellations (within <1Hours of the class) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund and charged 50% Of The Fee, We strive to provide flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our schedule and ensuring everyone who can attend, can.
