Service Description

Hosted by Lioubov (Luba) Hooks Beginner/Intermediate This workshop is movement for all body types. It is based on therapeutical health principles of Nishi Health Engineering (which I am especially grateful for restoring my health), Chi Kung and yoga, improving physical tone and gently repairing health issues throughout the body. Summary of the program: Visible analysis of problem areas and adjustment of practice accordingly. We will be applying pressure to meridian/pressure points throughout the body which will help to increase chi/energy flow by removing blockages. Everything has a center and massaging and relaxing blockages leads to gradual healing. Proper breathing techniques tied to abdomen area and face muscle movements leading to improved bodily fluid circulation. Gentle specific head movements resulting in improvements in the neck area. During the sequence and movement, we will include finger and toe stretching, gentle specific body movements with all of them leading to stabilization and rooting. (variation of asanas and mudras). Combination of these small and very gentle yoga postures leads to joint health improvements, increased flexibility and circulations resulting in increase of energy, self-awareness of your own body and gentle improvement in your health. At the end of the class homework/instructions will be given with postures one can practice at home. Preferably bring: yoga mat, bathroom sized towel, kitchen sized towel. 1 pr. ankle socks N.B This is not a full 5D experience with limited projections and music.
